Nickel base alloy properties are high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, erosion resistance, good toughness.
Measurement-while-drilling (MWD) and logging-while-drilling (LWD) use sensors to collect parameters such as the working status of the drilling tool and borehole trajectory in real time, and transmit the information to the analysis system, thereby providing real-time operation guidance for the drilling engineer. This product is mainly used for vertical well drilling tools, pulse drilling tools, hydraulic oscillators, logging while drilling and MWD drilling tools. It has the functions of diversion, erosion resistance and mud sealing, and can indicate mud pressure and pulse signals.
