Tungsten Carbide saw tips are brazed on the teeh of the metal blades by normal brazing procss or laser brazing process. The blade with carbide saw tips normally used for machining wood (nature wood, plywood, MDF, etc.) and also used for machining metal, like cast iron,stainless steel, aluminum.
Besides the standard types of saw tips, we can also manufacture customized saw tips as per clients' design or requirements for special using purpose.

Surface colour requirements for cemented carbide saw tips blades
After surface treatment, the cemented carbide saw blade has uniform color, no sundries, no oilstain, etc. After passivation, the surface color is gray black, after sand blasting is silver gray, andthe surface after coating treatment is silver white
Requirements for surface quality of cemented carbide saw tips blades
Cemented saw tips blade surface must not be delamination, cracks and bubbles, obvious carburization and other defects.
The size of the angle shall not exceed 0.15 mm on the edge of the blade and 0.3 mm on thenon-blade.

Material checking: Use the same batch of material, to make carbide pieces to test the compositions and mechanical properties, like density, hardness, bending strength, Cobalt Magnetism, etc.
Semi product checking: Main checking the
Final product checking: Check all data and compare to the target sample we made.
Also check all dimensions and surface finishing.
Q:How long is the delivery time?
