Tungsten Carbide valves assemblies parts is widely used on a choke valve in oil gas industry or other energy industry. Drilling blowout preventers can generally be divided into single ram, double ram, universal (ring) and rotary blowout preventer. According to the drilling stratum and the requirements of the drilling technology, several blowout preventers can also be combined and used at the same time. There are a total of 15 sizes of the existing drilling blowout preventer. The choice of size depends on the casing size in the drilling design, that is, the nominal diameter of the drilling blowout preventer, which must be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the casing coupling when it is run again . The pressure of the blowout preventer has 9 pressure levels ranging from 3.5 to 175 MPa, and the selection principle is determined by the maximum wellhead pressure that it bears when the well is shut in.

Surface treatment is an additional process apply cemented carbide to the surface of a material for the purpose of adding functions such as erosion resistance,corrosion resistance and wear resistance or improving the hardness,by which lower the cost compared to the cost of using entire cemented alloy,and remain the alloy good performance upon the material.

Surface treatments can be broadly classified into removal processes, such as scraping or melting the surface, and additive processes, such as painting,coating which add cemented carbide to the surface.there are four technical surface treatments we have in image below as additive processes to highly improve property of wear resistance and erosion resistance.
